I can't say enough good things about having Liane as my realtor. As a first- time home seller, the entire process was new to me, but Liane walked me through everything step by step. She gave excellent suggestions, and I trusted her advice. She encouraged me to stage my home, even though it meant putting more money into a house I was preparing to sell. I decided to follow her recommendation, and she was absolutely right. The staging looked beautiful, and not only did my home go under contract within three days of listing, I was able t get the price I wanted in a market that had unexpectedly slowed and the value of homes drastically dropped. The video she created and the photos taken of my home were absolutely stunning and showcased the property beautifully. Liane is extremely professional and responds quickly to any question or concern. She was also spot on with the appraisal of my home. She truly knows her business. I am very grateful to have worked with Liane and feel confident that I now have a real estate agent I can trust anytime I need to buy or sell a home.
