Shortly after working with Liane’s team on the sale of my previous home, were able to close on schedule for the purchase of a new construction townhouse and I’ll remain extremely happy with our results. Lianne is easily in the top 5% of agents in St Pete based on attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to PROMPTLY return your phone calls, she will get the job done. The dollar volume of real estate sold downtown is impressive, to find an agent dedicated to the profession and to what your NEEDS are, is a daunting task given amount of agents that work part time and networking necessary to effectively serve the customer base. I worked with Liane for several years in real estate industry and when it came time to sell my house I knew she would be the one to list and sell it. I trusted her with the sale because I knew her marketing was amazing. She uses multiple web platforms, social media promotions with video integration and amazing lead capture system. From the first day we met, until after closing, Liane Jamason could not do enough to ensure EVERYTHING regarding the sale (I was the seller) was managed and taken care of in order to successfully close the sale. She was a great negotiator, and worked with me to create a sale that worked great for me. When needed, she recommended the appropriate contractors to address issues for me as requested by buyer and frequently made recommendations for me in ways to proceed towards the closing. She handled everything necessary for the actual closing, using a wonderful Title Company. There was never a time she did not either immediately answer my phone call or get back to me within 5 minutes. Always patient, kind and understanding. I had used her 3 years previously when selling another house and had the exact same experience, which was why I used her again. She is a kind, friendly, proficient and a lovely professional who I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone for a great selling (or buying) experience.

We used both Liane as our selling agent and Chad as our buyer's specialist and I can't recommend them highly enough. Both of them are on the top of their game as far as local knowledge and expertise, recommendations to maximize your house's showing potential and listing price/potential, fair but aggressive price negotiation, and most of all customer service. If you are looking to or sell a house, I think it is so important to find someone with EXPERIENCE in the industry. There are a ton of real estate agents out there, but very few with the experience and expertise of Ms. Jamason and Dwell Real Estate. A home is a major asset and you want to feel comfortable and confident that you are in good hands during the process. You really need not look any further in my opinion. Ms. Jamason is your girl!

We used Liane as our Buyer agent. She was fantastic! She was patient with us, showed us numerous houses, tactfully steered us away from problems, encouraged us but never pressured us. She was responsive 24/7 and her follow through is impeccable. The market is crazy right now with multiple offers and bidding wars. Liane sold our bungalow in Historic Kenwood last month and she was an absolute dream to work with. We had a few hiccups due to buyers’ issues and Liane navigated them with such speed and experience, we never felt like we had to worry. She communicated with us constantly and was always available at the drop of a hat. Other than all of the professional services she offered and her huge social media presence and network, my favorite thing about our experience with Liane was that she integrated technology so flawlessly that it made the process almost effortless. Almost everything was able to be done via our phones (docusign, text, email) and it made it so easy especially because we have a toddler and are very busy. I definitely recommend Liane if you are trying to sell your house. We had previously listed our house with another realtor. It sat for a year without selling. While we did like our other realtor, she was just not very proactive in contacting us or suggesting things to get the house sold. After switching to Liane, it still did take several months for the house to sell (the market was pretty slow, and people seeing all the days that our house had already been on the market was not helping us). But she was very proactive with contacting us, suggesting things, etc. After a few months, we decided to take it off the market for 60 days to re-set the days on the market to zero. After Liane put it back on the market, we had an offer in less than a week and closed 30 days later! Liane was always receptive to our thoughts and ideas, but also provided her professional opinion as well. Also, I prefer communicating through email, and Liane was always very responsive through email and only called for important things (although I am sure if you prefer phone communication, she would be more than happy to communicate that way). We have lived on the east coast of Florida since we have been trying to sell our old house in Saint Petersburg, and actually did not even meet Liane until closing. We signed our part of the paperwork the day before official closing, and Liane made an extra effort to get there to meet us and congratulate us (she even had a flat tire that morning and was able to get up to Wesley Chapel, which is where we ended up signing the papers). She also sent a nice thank you/congratulations in the mail after everything was final. Another side note, she uses a great service that sends you an email whenever you have a showing scheduled for your house (nice feature since we did not live in the house we were trying to sell anymore, so otherwise, we would never know if there was a showing). Also, the online service she uses for signing paperwork (offers, etc.) is great. I would get an email, could open the document and use the touch screen on my phone to sign the paperwork. No printing paperwork, signing, scanning/faxing. Liane is polite, professional and friendly. I would definitely use her again if I had to sell or buy another house in that area.
